New Charter School

District To Hold Informational Sessions For Newest Charter School
The Richmond Career Education and Employment Academy (RCEEA) will hold a series of informational meetings to educate prospective parents and students about the 2014-15 application process for the district's first charter school for students with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
 
The informational meetings will be held at George Wythe HS, located at 4314 Crutchfield St., beginning at5:30 p.m. on the following dates: 
  • Thursday, March 27
  • TuesdayApril 1 
  • WednesdayApril 9 
Topics to be covered during the sessions include RCEEA's mission, activities and curriculum, and characteristics of potential RCEEA students. Additionally, attendees will also have the opportunity to meet staff and tour the school. Interested persons are asked to RSVP to Dawn Helms at (804) 230-7763.
